Planning takes hours
Charger research by hand, route in Google Maps, driving and rest times in Excel. For every single tour.
Problem
Unlike the diesel, electric trucks require an integrated energy plan.
Charger research by hand, route in Google Maps, driving and rest times in Excel. For every single tour.
Charger occupied, power shared with a second truck, traffic, cold, more payload. Shift one assumption and the whole charging chain has to be rebuilt.
No transparent truck tariffs, prices that differ by operator, country and time of day, operators who never reply. And no comparison against diesel on a specific lane.
Energy planning live during the tour, under time pressure, with the wrong card and an unknown price. That belongs in the office, before departure.
Some tours already run cheaper on electric. Without a lane-by-lane comparison, every purchase decision is a leap of faith.
Pick a truck, set departure and stops, enter times and payload of the transport job and define your operating parameters — or start with our defaults. Manually, or imported from your TMS.
Own depots, partner yards, shared depots from other carriers, and public CPOs across Europe — checked for truck suitability, not just charger power. And for every location we know the price that applies to you: your own energy cost, your contract rates, public tariffs.
We analyze hundreds of possible candidate tours, each a complete, costed charging plan integrated into the tour. Any plan that strands the truck or breaks driving regulations is rejected; all other plans are priced on driver, electricity, tolls, vehicle and service — a full TCO per tour.
Best charging locations, optimized kWh, best prices — aligned with driver breaks, (un)loading, depot times. We provide a full schedule where charging needs as little extra time as possible.
Compare shortlisted tours side by side: inspect their timeline and cost breakdown. Compare different BEV vehicles against your diesel reference. Decide what makes sense for you.
Chosen tours go back to your TMS and to the driver. Charging contracts and authentications are prepared for every operator on the route, so the truck can charge at the price that was planned. If something shifts on the road, the plan is dynamically adjusted.
How it works
All types of locations across the EU — checked for truck suitability, not just charger power. For every location, the price that applies to you: your own energy cost, your contract rates, public tariffs.
Realistic energy consumption
A physics-based model underlies every plan, with four factors you control.
Heavier payloads draw more energy, modelled per stop as cargo is picked up and delivered.
Ambient temperature shifts battery behavior and consumption. Winter tours are different from summer tours.
Headwind or tailwind along each leg changes the draw, the model accounts for it.
Elevation profiles per leg, climbs cost energy, descents give some back through recuperation.
Smart charging
The 45-minute break and the 9-11-hour rest are planned into the tour and parallelized with charging wherever possible. Break splits and charging during (un)loading is considered where useful.
Benefit
Transport job, route, charging, breaks and costs are solved together. The next five chapters show how this benefits your e-truck business.
01 - Planning in minutes instead of hours
For all your tours, not just a few pilot trucks. No charger research by hand, no manual route plan in Maps, no driving times reconciliation. Electric tours become as easy to plan as diesel, which is what makes electrification scalable beyond a pilot.
02 - Lower charging costs
Every tour gets the plan that matches your rest and standstill times at the lowest total cost — no wrong tariff, no wrong charging card, no expensive ad-hoc price at the nearest charger.
Carriers will need a lot of energy and procuring it becomes a core discipline, which needs data behind it.
We show you which energy amount you need across all tours, either aggregated per operator or granular per corridor or site. This is the basis on which you can negotiate well with operators.
03 - Transparency of costs & durations
Wages for both work and availability time, based on actual durations of this tour.
Every kWh, at the price you actually pay.
Calculated per road section across the EU, with each country's rules for e-trucks applied. Currently full exemption in Germany, partial or none elsewhere — the plan shows what actually applies on your lane.
Whether you lease or buy, we include the actual monthly cost including all relevant cost items, including financing, depreciation, service, maintenance and tires. Allocated to your tour.
Simulate any BEV model on the lane — battery capacity, real consumption, charging curve, vehicle cost. You see which vehicle actually fits the lane before you order it, and how the answer changes between models.
The reference is your diesel operation, not a market average: your vehicle, your consumption, your fuel price, your cost rates. Every assumption is visible and editable.
The result is the honest delta per tour. We are provider-neutral and earn nothing from the outcome — no truck or charger OEM, no CPO, no energy provider. When diesel wins on a lane, we say so.
04 - Confident and reliable operations
Charger occupied, power shared with another vehicle, station offline, traffic, cold, higher payload. Because our system knows whether the truck still reaches the stop, the change is made before it becomes a problem.
Charging stops can be reserved before the truck leaves — a specific charge point, a time window, an energy volume or a time. The tour departs against committed capacity instead of an assumption.
The driver receives easy instructions: next stop, arrival window, charging duration, authentication method. No comparing tariffs at the pillar, no choosing between stations under time pressure.
05 - Neutral and fact-based decisions
Which lanes to electrify, which truck to buy, what price to quote — each answer costed on your own routes, prices and parameters, not market averages.
